VM 1000 Vaccine Temperature Monitor (LTE | GSM | WIFI)
The VM 1000 is designed to meet the stringent specifications of the World Health Organization for monitoring environmental conditions during the manufacture, transport, and storage of thermolabile pharmaceutical products. A system of calibrated sensors continuously provides measurement data to a cloud-based monitoring platform, where it is securely stored.
As the flagship product in our range, the VM 1000 can manage up to four independent temperature probes and transmit data using GPRS, LTE, or Wi-Fi networks. In the event of network failure, it can store up to 30 days of data on internal storage.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
The VM 1000 is ideal for installation in hospitals, pharmacies and clinics, where equipment such as fridges, freezers and cold rooms are either standalone or in close proximity of each other, and multiple probes are required. It is also available in a mobile version for use in refrigerated trucks and trailers.
The internal rechargeable battery can power the device for up to three days in the event of a prolonged power failure and also alerts users of such excursion.
Monitoring & management
The VM 1000 features a large backlit LCD display for easy visual temperature checks and is equipped with an audible alarm function, ambient environment temperature and humidity monitoring, and an external door-open sensor.
When linked to the My Fridge Online Cloud Portal, you can access a dashboard showing key indicators and real-time deviation alerts. System history reports can also be automatically generated and sent to designated users, providing an auditable history for regulatory and compliance purposes.
